His passion lies in providing innovative solutions to challenges and being forward-thinking in assisting landowners in need. 

With a background in property and development, including managing his own property portfolio and being part of a family engaged in small-scale projects, Oliver brings a unique perspective to problem-solving in this industry. He holds a degree in Graphic Design from Falmouth University, which nurtures his creative and free-thinking mindset, enabling him to apply innovative approaches to land-related issues.

Oliver's empathetic nature drives him to deeply understand the needs of individuals and exceed their expectations in delivering tailored solutions. He is known for his collaborative and team-oriented mindset, exemplified by his participation in his local football team. Apart from his professional pursuits, Oliver maintains an active lifestyle through activities such as walking, football, and various water-based sports.

Shane Traynor is a dynamic individual with a passion and commitment to helping his clients. With a wealth of experience and extensive connections in the property and renewable energy industry.

Shane's passion lies in fostering mutually beneficial relationships that drive growth and facilitate the creation of new business. He previously worked with the homebuilder, New Home Company, where he successfully drove business growth by creating a robust network of contacts that attracted new investments and identified market development opportunities for the company. This initiative allowed New Home Company to focus on delivering exceptional and sustainable homes in South Birmingham.

Shane is also the Co-Host of The Developers Network Birmingham, a leading educational networking event for property developers. The event has brought together an array of industry experts. Since its inception in October 2021, The Developers Network has consistently attracted between 80-100 attendees per month and has been a resounding success.

Shane's love for networking and connecting individuals is evident in all of his endeavours. He believes that building strong relationships is the key to success in any industry. His passion for bringing people together and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships is a driving force behind his success so far.
